  • Part of being a Jefa is showing up on our socials! But that isn't always easy, I struggled with perfectionism and as an insider to our own business, we often believe that "everyone already knows what we are doing", the Jefalife coaching program cohort is a brilliant incubator for ideas! Hearing ideas from other Jefas as to what they would be curious to see in my business, provided a safe space to brainstorm what showing up would look like for me and visa versa. We also spent time working on the core intentions for showing up: what are our pillars and what would content look like for each of them? Alongside all of this deep work, we set our independent goals for showing up and kept each other accountable. Kita creates a driven but compassionate space because she understands the mental and real-life hurdles to showing up - that was my favorite part.
