Part of being a Jefa is showing up on our socials! But that isn't always easy, I struggled with perfectionism and as an insider to our own business, we often believe that "everyone already knows what we are doing", the #JefaLife101 coaching program cohort is a brilliant incubator for ideas!

The cohort provided a safe space to brainstorm what showing up would look like for me. We also set our independent goals for showing up + kept each other accountable.
