A Note on Boundaries, Rhythms + Realignment 🧘🏽♀️✨
If you’ve ever felt like I disappeared from your inbox or left a DM hanging for longer than expected—this post is for you.
For years, I’ve been trying to "keep up" with every message, every platform, every opportunity that came my way… and it’s left me feeling like I’m constantly behind, constantly catching up, and constantly feeling like I owe someone something.
And I’ve realized—I will never lose that feeling unless I change the structure I operate in.
So, here’s the truth:
Not everyone will like this new pace.
I will lose opportunities.
I might lose potential clients.
I’ve already lost some relationships with people who haven’t (and maybe won’t) understand...
And although it hurts, it’s still okay.
Because what I’m gaining is peace. Clarity.
And space to actually do the work I was called to do.
Why I’m Resetting My Communication Rhythms 🕯️💌
I’m someone who wears many hats—brand strategist, coach, photographer, community leader, wife, and human trying to heal from hard seasons while living with ADHD, chronic illness, and a deep passion for this work.
And here’s what I know for sure:
I cannot hold all the conversations, every day, on every platform, instantly—and still be well.
I’ve tried. And honestly, that’s been the root of so much burnout.
I want to be present in our conversations.
I want to offer thoughtful feedback.
I want to serve my clients and this community from a grounded, aligned place—not from a place of reaction and depletion, just to respond.
To do that, I’ve chosen to batch all inboxes and DMs on Tuesdays + Fridays during my focused office hours.
That rhythm is not random—it’s sacred.
It’s what allows me to honor my capacity, drop into creative flow, and restore my body + mind between the deep work of 1:1 coaching, strategy sessions, photoshoots, launches, and running a few whole-ass businesses. 🧠🔥📸
This Boundary is an Invitation 🤍
This isn’t me pulling away—
It’s me realigning, so I can show up more consistently and sustainably for the long haul.
It’s me practicing what I teach.
It’s me reclaiming my time and nervous system.
It’s me creating space to be a better coach, a better creative, and a better human.
And in the gentlest, kindest way I can say this...
You don’t have to like it.
You don’t have to stay.
But if you’re still here—I’m grateful.
And I promise: you’ll feel the difference as this new rhythm takes root.
We’re not hustling our way to burnout anymore.
We’re building a new way.
Slow mornings. Deep work. Imperfect action. Steady growth.
Gracias for honoring this with me.
Gracias for being part of this journey.
Gracias for growing with me, Jefa.
Con amor,
Kita ✨🧘🏽♀️☕💫
