But that isn't always easy, I struggled with perfectionism and as an insider to our own business, we often believe that "everyone already knows what we are doing", the Jefalife coaching program cohort is a brilliant incubator for ideas! Hearing ideas from other Jefas as to what they would be curious to see in my business, provided a safe space to brainstorm what showing up would look like for me and visa versa.
